Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Research and Development Team Leader (English Center, $1000, ID 14128)
- Management of Academic R&D Team: In charge of team performance, coordination, and member performance evaluation;
- Management of Training Operations: Quality Assessment, Training Activities at Facilities
- Researching and developing the current curriculum, textbooks, and documents;
- Coordinating the development and implementation of routine teacher training programs; Improving the teaching staff's professional credentials;
Requirement
- Gender: Male / Female; Age: 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor of English language
- 3 years of working experience in English training at educational institutions or English Centers, with at least 06 months working as manager
- Experienced in research and development of academic curriculum.
- Studying pedagogy or having pedagogical certificate is a plus
- Must have English certificate equivalent to IELTS >7.5 (Toeic 900-950…)
