Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Account Manager (B2B, English & Chinese Speaking, 3000 USD, ID20026):
- Develop and expand business with assigned key accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide timely updates on sales performance, including gathering and analyzing competitor insights.
- Handle customer inquiries in line with their requirements, working closely with internal support teams to ensure prompt and effective responses.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and production teams to guarantee timely product availability for customers.
- Assist in new product launch initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to support successful product commercialization.
- Stay up to date with market dynamics, including competitor activities, customer behavior, and industry trends.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external customers to address and resolve business-related issues.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships that create added value for customers.
- Oversee sales-related activities such as product promotions and handling customer complaints.
- Take a proactive role in coordinating with operations teams to respond quickly and effectively to customer demands.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/Account manager experience, preference given to candidates with experience in packaging and printing
- Proficient in SAP or ERP software
- Fluent in English and Chinese
