Job Description

Salary up to $2500/month++ awaits! We are recruiting an Account Manager (Mechanical, ID 19854) for a foreign-invested company:
  • Collaborate in developing the global commercial strategy for high-volume product categories.
  • Develop, lead, and implement the commercial strategy within the APAC region, with the possibility of expanding responsibilities to additional regions in line with the overall strategy.
  • The Account Manager oversees the daily management of assigned customer accounts, maintaining existing partnerships while also establishing new relationships to drive order generation.
  • Serve as the main commercial contact for assigned customers during order execution and monitor customer satisfaction to ensure their expectations and requirements are met.
  • Identify and secure new clients by exploring business opportunities and strengthening professional networks.
  • Provide first-level support for customer complaints and follow up on their resolution while keeping customers informed of the progress.
  • Prepare commercial proposals for customers and establish long-term contractual agreements.
  • Contribute insights to marketing strategies targeting specific regions, customer segments, or markets.
  • Set SMART annual sales objectives together with the Commercial Lead and General Manager for designated customers and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Ensure that product requirements related to safety, quality, and environmental standards requested by customer
  • When necessary, collaborate closely with and potentially supervise regional sales representatives.
  • Proactively gather market intelligence essential for business growth.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of sales objectives and how they align with the company’s broader goals.
  • Manage one or two key accounts alongside several general customer accounts.
  • Independently identify market opportunities and, with support, develop business cases based on the findings.
  • Determine the most suitable commercial approach independently when required.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of inbound marketing and sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of general commercial terms, including Incoterms and common payment conditions.
  • Support or potentially lead a local team as the business continues to develop successfully.

Requirement

  • Male/Female. Age:30-45 years old
  • University degree in engineering
  • 05 years of experience as an Account Manager or B2B Sales Manager in product areas such as: mechanical, manufacturing engineering, automotive engineering
  • Fluent in English
  • Capable of traveling for business both domestically and internationally.
