Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Accounting & HR Specialist (ID20015, 800 USD)
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Support monthly closing activities, annual audits, and statutory submissions including CIT, VAT, and other tax filings
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting schedules and records
  • Perform accurate data entry into the ERP system
  • Administer payroll, including statutory deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, HR-related documents, and maintain employee records
  • Handle visa application procedures for employees

Requirement

  • Male/Female. Under 40 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience in an Accounting cum HR role
  • Experience in payroll administration, social insurance, visa processing for expatriates, recruitment, and timekeeping support
  • Hands-on experience in handling VAT, PIT, CIT submission, and accounts receivable
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and other office software
