Job Description

Area Sales Manager (Machinery, ID 17682) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $1400/month salary + opportunities to grow!
  • Formulate and implement business and sales strategies to achieve company objectives within designated market territories.
  • Launch and drive initiatives to expand market presence and increase customer base.
  • Gather and disseminate insights on competitors.
  • Create actionable plans for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and ensure timely updates in the Byexcellence CRM system.
  • Provide monthly reports to the Country Manager, including forecasts, win/loss analyses, and other key metrics.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients for the sale of the full Bystronic machine portfolio.
  • Conduct machinery demonstrations at client sites and coordinate demo sessions with the Service Manager as needed.
  • Prepare pricing calculations, sales quotations, and order confirmations for machine purchases.
  • Collaborate with Installation and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to customer satisfaction.
  • Support post-sale processes, including payment tracking, delivery, installation, spare parts, and service sales, as well as managing customer concerns to foster long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts such as organizing trade shows, open houses, and competence days as required.

Requirement

  • Male, 30-45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • At least 5 years of direct sales experience in the sheet metal, machine tools, or related equipment industries
  • Well-developed networking, negotiation, and strategic prospecting abilities
  • Fluent in English
