Established in 2003, AMA has its Operation Centre in Guangzhou, China and AMA Supply Chain Europe Ltd in Europe (Dublin). We are currently work on Lean Implementation Projects as Lean Assessment, Lean Projects, Layout Design and Implementation, Business Process Improvement, Kaizen Event and Lean Training Program throughout China, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines and Italy give out service to many customers as Crocs, Mattel, Red Bull, Nike, Under Armour, etc.
