- Assist in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen sales operations and improve dealer performance.
- Support sales planning activities and track key performance indicators to evaluate business performance against targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient sales processes from order placement to delivery and reporting.
- Work closely with four dealers in the Northern region to support business operations and market development.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers through visits, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Monitor dealer performance across the value chain, including after-sales services and financial services such as financing and insurance.
- Prepare and update periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Analyze sales data and propose improvement actions when necessary.
- Support dealers in preparing six-month sales forecasts, truck allocation planning, body-maker registration, and related documentation.
Requirement
- Male, 30-36 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or dealer management.
- Experience in the automotive industry or related sectors is required, such as:Commercial vehicles or trucks, Automotive spare parts, Tires, Lubricants
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in English for business communication.
