Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Automation Engineering Manager (Manufacturing, $2000, ID21130)
- Manage and oversee the operations of the Automation Engineering Department.
- Develop, improve, and optimize technical systems and production operation processes.
- Monitor and manage the progress, quality, and effectiveness of engineering projects.
- Train, develop, and supervise the engineering and automation team.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure production plans and operational targets are achieved.
- Troubleshoot technical and automation issues to minimize production downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and technical requirements.
- Support the implementation of new machinery, automation systems, and production technologies.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance plans, and project performance evaluations.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; Age: 30-45 years old.
- Graduate from University.
- Have minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Automation Manager in the field of electronic components, especially products related to cameras.
- Good at English.
