Job Description
- Review debit notes from shipping lines, airlines, and logistics service providers (LSP), and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers and agents promptly.
- Resolve all billing-related issues in the system.
- Coordinate with customers to forecast weekly volume and revenue.
- Provide explanations for any discrepancies exceeding 1% compared to the previous month.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to customers.
- Address and resolve customer-related issues.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Graduated from the University
- Have 7-10 years of experience in Billing Leader/Assistant Manager positión for Logistics service companies with the large import-export volume of 1000-2000 FEU/month or more.
- Good at English
