Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead a dynamic team encompassing Content, Creative, and Offline Brand Activation functions.
1. Brand Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute a clear brand strategy aligned with YOLA’s growth objectives and customer insights.
  • Lead the creation of multi-channel brand campaigns (online and offline), ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Champion the shift from traditional branding (e.g., banners, booths) to engaging, insight-led, and digital-first experiences.
2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Manage three core brand sub-teams: Content, Creative (Video & Design), and Brand Activation (Events & Partnerships).
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure brand assets enhance both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Align closely with Telesales (TMK) and Center teams to ensure consistent messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve high performance while managing workload and expectations.
3. Campaign Development & Production Oversight
  • Supervise the development and production of brand assets including PR articles, social media creatives, brand videos, and in-center materials.
  • Lead a video-first storytelling approach to enhance brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation (including freelancers, as needed).
4. Data & Insight-Driven Marketing
  • Leverage customer insights, product feedback, and campaign data to refine and optimize brand performance.
  • Develop and maintain a seasonal brand calendar aligned with peak enrollment periods and strategic launches.

Requirement

  • At least 4 years of experience in brand management, ideally in education, services, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Proven success in planning and executing brand campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid knowledge of integrated marketing: content, visual, offline, digital, and TMK/channel alignment.
  • Creative thinker with strong data and execution capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.
