Job Description


Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Business Development Director (Imported Frozen Meat, $1700, ID19610):
Market & Customer Development
  • Develop strategies for approaching and developing large-scale wholesale customers in Vietnam.
  • Search for, negotiate, and sign contracts with potential businesses: Food processing factories – sausages – ham – canned goods, restaurant chains, retail chains, supermarkets, import-export traders.
  • Expand the strategic customer portfolio according to market segments and supply capabilities.
Product Portfolio Management
  • Understand the characteristics of each imported meat product line according to market: Czech Republic, Poland, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy…
  • Master the necessary documents, quarantine standards, CO, CQ certificates, and the Vietnamese list of permitted imports.
Business Plan Development & Management
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue plans for the B2B market. • Develop pricing policies, discounts, and incentives for major customers.
  • Closely monitor order progress, revenue, inventory, and customer accounts receivable.
Maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Build long-term relationships with leading companies in the industry.
  • Provide support to senior key account holders.
  • Handle issues related to quality, delivery, and documentation.

Requirement

  • Male, under 45 years old
  • University degree required.
  • 05 years of business experience in the frozen meat, imported food, or B2B food distribution industry.
  • Good at English
