Job Description

Client Account Management
-
Serve as the lead point of contact for corporate and individual clients.

Build trusted advisor relationships and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
-
Negotiate and review service agreements to enhance profitability.
-
Manage client requests, escalations, and follow-ups from the French Desk leadership.

Business Development & Marketing
-
Support the company’s growth strategy in Vietnam, especially for French companies.
-
Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients.
-
Establish partnerships with chambers of commerce and institutions.
-
Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as seminars and presentations.

Desk Administration
-
Draft agreements, coordinate with back-office teams, and review corporate documents.
-
Oversee invoicing and accounts payable.
-
Provide regular progress reports on monthly and quarterly initiatives.

Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Law, or related fields.
-
4–5 years of proven experience as a business advisor in corporate services consulting.
-
Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s regulatory landscape and local market.
-
Business-level English proficiency (required).
-
CRM software proficiency (e.g., HubSpot).
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
