Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Manager (Service, Open for expats, ID 19857):
  • Client Account Management

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for corporate and individual clients.

    • Build trusted advisor relationships and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

    • Negotiate and review service agreements to enhance profitability.

    • Manage client requests, escalations, and follow-ups from the French Desk leadership.

  • Business Development & Marketing

    • Support the company’s growth strategy in Vietnam, especially for French companies.

    • Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients.

    • Establish partnerships with chambers of commerce and institutions.

    • Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as seminars and presentations.

  • Desk Administration

    • Draft agreements, coordinate with back-office teams, and review corporate documents.

    • Oversee invoicing and accounts payable.

    • Provide regular progress reports on monthly and quarterly initiatives.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Law, or related fields.

  • 4–5 years of proven experience as a business advisor in corporate services consulting.

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s regulatory landscape and local market.

  • Business-level English proficiency (required).

  • CRM software proficiency (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
