Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Manager (Solar, 3000 USD, ID21229):
- Lead and drive sales growth and market expansion for residential energy storage products across the Vietnam market, ensuring achievement of business targets and strategic objectives.
- Manage and develop the channel sales team, overseeing daily operations, performance management, and capability development to maximize business results.
- Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with distributors, installers, EPC contractors, and other channel partners to build a sustainable and high-performing sales network.
- Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze industry developments to provide timely insights on customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Support channel partners through product training, technical workshops, and solution consulting, enabling them to enhance product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and project execution capabilities.
- Coordinate and monitor the entire sales process, including order fulfillment, project implementation, and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, logistics, and customer service functions, to ensure smooth project delivery and business growth.
Requirement
- Male, under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with a solid understanding of the Vietnam energy market.
- Candidates with experience in renewable energy, solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, energy storage systems, inverters, or the electrical industry are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required by business needs.
