Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Expansion Manager (Retail, $1500, ID15601)
- Planning, identifing, assessing, surveying, and suggesting potential growth areas
- Analyze the business reports
- Negotiate the company's tenancy and renting arrangements.
- Participate in corporate events, activities, and appointments linked to mall openings.
- Analyze and advise legal risk in the lease/tenancy agreement and prescribe countermeasures
- Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, landowners, investors, bankers
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Process all relevant issue to ensure the success of store opening
- Guide the Business Expansion team to achieve setting goals
- Ensure all the internal and external SOP and policies
- Create strong relationship with the local council and custom officers and understand the government rules and regulations
Requirement
- Male, under 40 years old
- Graduated from University
- Having at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Retail
- Good at English
