We're hiring a CEO Senior Assistant Resort Operations Manager:

• Develop a high-end resort operations strategy aligned with Citta Wellness’s vision, working closely with the CEO.
• Identify and collaborate with top hotel operators, proposing strategic partnership opportunities.
• Create detailed operational plans, including service processes, standard operating procedures, and staffing plans.
• Oversee service quality and manage key operational departments such as front desk, housekeeping, F&B, guest services, and technical maintenance.
• Advise the CEO on resort management models and propose strategies to enhance the guest experience.

• At least 7 years of experience in luxury hotel or resort operations management.
• Demonstrated success in senior roles such as Head of Operations or Deputy Director at five-star resorts or luxury hotel brands.
• In-depth knowledge of international hospitality standards and high-end management practices.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to collaborate with operational partners, and expertise in cost optimization.
