Dream Job Alert! Become a Chief Accountant (Agricultural Manufacturing, ID6441) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1000/month:
- Establish and maintain the accounting system for the Company.
- Develop procedures to control production and business costs, operating expenses, fixed asset investment costs, and construction investment costs effectively and efficiently. Manage, forecast, control, and regulate the Company’s actual cash flow to meet working capital and investment needs.
- Review and process accounting transactions; manage the daily activities of the Accounting Department, including payments, receipts, invoices, supporting documents, investments, company expenses, and departmental expenses; resolve issues arising within the accounting team and with external parties.
- Manage and coordinate the work of accounting staff and collaborate with related departments.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate customers and suppliers regarding payments, receivables, and payables in order to advise the Management Board on appropriate business decisions.
- Supervise the preparation of reports including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), license tax, annual tax finalization, and other reports as required by the authorities.
- Maintain and supervise the proper filing and storage of accounting documents, records, and books.
- Keep updated with legal regulations and relevant policies to ensure all accounting and financial activities are conducted accurately, professionally, and in compliance with the law.
- Work with government authorities, including the Tax Department, Statistics Office, and Department of Planning and Investment, during inspections and audits of the Company’s accounting records and documents.
- Coordinate with auditing firms, supervisory boards, and external parties regarding financial statements and accounting matters.
- Advise the Board of Directors and Management Board on tax, finance, and accounting policies.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 32-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Banking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant, preferably in agricultural or manufacturing companies.
- Strong experience in cost calculation and financial reporting.
- Experience working with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
- Good command of English for daily work communication.
- Proficient in FAST Accounting Software.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and overtime during reporting periods when required.
