Dream Job Alert! Become a Chief Accountant (FMCG, ID21393) at a foreign-invested company and earn $2000/month:
- Take full responsibility for the company's accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Lead and manage the accounting department, providing direction, coaching, performance management, and professional development for a large accounting team.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely preparation of financial reports for management and headquarters.
- Prepare, review, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor and optimize the company's cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and operating expenses.
- Supervise financial activities related to FMCG distribution, including trade promotions, trade discounts, sell-in/sell-out reporting, distributor accounting, and collection management.
- Support the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis while providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial governance.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory accounting requirements, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Act as the primary contact for tax authorities, external auditors, and other regulatory agencies during audits, inspections, and statutory reporting.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen cost control, and enhance financial processes through system optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments, especially Commercial, Sales, and Operations, to provide financial guidance and business support.
- Utilize SAP ERP and advanced Excel to manage accounting data, financial analysis, and reporting activities.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory possession of a valid Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Chief Accountant or equivalent senior accounting leadership position.
- Proven background in FMCG distribution, consumer goods trading, or high-volume distribution businesses, preferably within a multinational or large group environment.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), taxation, statutory reporting, and internal control practices.
- Good at English
