Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Chief Accountant (Manufacturing, $1300, ID20138)
- Oversee all financial and accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on financial and business matters.
- Manage and ensure transparent, compliant accounting operations in accordance with local regulations and accounting standards.
- Supervise tax accounting, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
- Coordinate audits and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and authorities.
Requirement
- Male/Female, age: 35-45
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting leadership within manufacturing companies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Good communication skills in Chinese or English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
