Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Chief Accountant (Trading/ Service, $1.200, ID 20133):
- Oversee and direct the entirety of the accounting function to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Monitor and audit all accounting vouchers and source documents to guarantee absolute accuracy and full adherence to Vietnamese legal standards.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial statements and tax reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Tax Finalization: Lead and execute year-end tax finalization processes, ensuring all filings are submitted correctly and on time.
- Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine accounting policies and financial workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- External Liaison: Represent the company in working with tax authorities, auditing firms, banks, and other relevant government agencies regarding financial data and explanations.
- Strategic Advisory: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations to Senior Management to support business growth and cost optimization.
Requirement
- Male or Female; Age: Under 45 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Chief Accountant Certificate.
- 3 years of experience in a Chief Accountant role (or General Accountant), preferably within the Trading and Service industry.
- Highly proficient in accounting software (such as MISA, Fast, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
- Good at English.
