1. Cinema Operations Management

• Represent the company in working with authorities and oversee overall cinema operations.
• Manage revenue and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Propose revenue-generating initiatives and develop partnerships for leasing and advertising.

2. Financial Management

• Manage cash flow, petty cash, and related documentation.
• Monitor and prepare daily/monthly financial reports.

3. Film & Scheduling Management

• Plan screening schedules and optimize performance based on revenue.
• Manage film content (DCP/KDM) and update schedules across communication channels.
• Oversee cinema rentals, events, and revenue reporting.

4. Marketing & Sales

• Implement and monitor marketing campaigns.
• Develop partnerships and analyze customer trends and competitors.
• Manage ticketing, promotions, customer complaints, and service improvement.

5. Human Resource Management

• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and optimize labor costs.

6. Facilities & Safety Management

• Maintain facilities, equipment, and projection systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire prevention, and food hygiene standards.

7. Supervise the canteen and box office to ensure smooth cinema operations.

• Male/Female. Age: Under 40 yeas old.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role, managing teams of 30+ employees in the service, restaurant, or large-scale hospitality industry.
• Strong experience in overall operations management, including revenue, cost control, human resources, facilities, fire safety (PCCC), and food safety & hygiene.
• Preference for candidates with experience in cinema operations.
