Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Client Support Collaborator (Remote, Negotiable, ID16963):
- Provide consultation, guidance, and support to customers regarding queries related to products across various support channels.
- Assist customers in resolving issues encountered during the installation and use of Shopify Themes and Apps.
- Escalate technical issues or customization requests to the development team and ensure the quality of the solutions provided to customers.
- Keep customers informed about the progress and status of their requests.
- Offer expert advice on solutions related to eCommerce and Shopify usage.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to address customer needs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Ideally a university student in their third or final year, or between 22-25 years old.
- Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Minimum 30 hours per week, with required hours from 18:00 to 0:00; 0:00-4:00, or 4:00 - 8:00 (GMT+7) on weekdays. Weekend shifts are optional.
