Our customer is a FDI manufacturing company, now looking for a Customer Quality Engineer (Electronics, $1200, ID 16749)

• Lead efforts to ensure quality readiness at the factory for both development builds and mass production phases.
• Proactively address and resolve all quality issues in development builds, ensuring timely closure.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and safety teams to establish appropriate quality control, inspection, and metrology stations on the production line.
• Prepare and manage documentation for new product launches, ensuring all quality standards are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement quality control plans for new products being developed, ensuring that all potential risks are identified and mitigated.
• Handle Return Merchandise Authorization and customer claim issues, working closely with both the customer and the packhouse to resolve any quality-related concerns.

• Male, 25-40 years old
• College degree or higher
• 2-3 years of working experience as the same position for Electronics companies
• Experience working with customers and handling customer claim issues
• Good at English
