Job Description

Our client is a foreign invested Logistic company, now looking for a Customer Service Executive (Negotiate, ID 12172)
  • Accept and record service reservations
  • Provide options to customers and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
  • Consistently and confidently providing clients with correct information in all areas
  • Managing the different requirements and desires of each unique consumer
  • Liaise with Operations and other departments to ensure that customer concerns and inquiries are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Follow global CS procedures
  • Assist supervisors (if appropriate) in implementing necessary CS orientation / training programs for new or current CS personnel


  •  Gender: Male/Female; 
  •  Graduated from college or higher, major in Business (preferable) or equivalent
  •   At least 2 years of working experience as a Customer Contact Centre or Telesales environment in a service industry
  •  Good command of English
