Job Description

Our client is a foreign invested Logistic company, now looking for a Customer Service (Logistics) (Negotiate, ID 12173)
  • Provide all stakeholders with high-quality, professional track-and-trace services.
  • Resolve service issues in order to meet and exceed set performance goals.
  • Provide full tracing services for customers 
  • Handle all trace requests in accordance with service standards and procedures.
  • Respond to consumer inquiries about prices, customs regulations, and so on.
  • Coordinate with other departments and Operations to handle service recovery concerns.
  • Take care of consumer problems confidently and competently
  • Follow established customer service processes.
  • Assist supervisors (as needed) in putting in place essential CS orientation / training programs for new or current CS workers.
  • Handle any calls that come in from the front lines that are overflowing.

Requirement

  • Gender: Male/Female 
  • Graduated from college or higher, major in Logistics/International Trade/Import-Export/International Business or other related major
  • Having 2 years experience in logistics industry
  • Good command of English
