Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Service Executive (Logistics, 1350$, ID19944):
1. Customer Engagement
- Reach out to both prospective and current clients in Vietnam using standardized communication scripts.
- Deliver accurate and concise information regarding the company’s products and services.
- Handle customer questions and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Sales Support
- Identify customer needs through attentive listening and effective questioning techniques.
- Adapt communication approaches to enhance the likelihood of closing sales.
- Forward qualified prospects to the Business Development (BD) team for further follow-up.
3. Support for BD Team
- Provide assistance in preparing quotations and conducting follow-ups with clients.
- Join BD team members on sales visits when required.
- Keep the Cello Square Tariff system updated to ensure quick and accurate quotations.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster future business opportunities.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update customer information within the Mysales system.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance and progress reports to team leaders.
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by team leaders.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales in logistics field.
- Good at English
