Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Customer Service Manager (Manufacturing, English and Chinese, $2000, ID20032):
Operations & Supply Chain
  • Customer Relationship & NPI: Lead early involvement in the NPI stage to ensure customer requirements are integrated into operational workflows.
  • Demand & Fulfillment: Monitor customer demand trends to ensure accurate forecasting and timely order fulfillment.
  • Inventory & Planning: Oversee outsource material planning, scheduling, and overall inventory management to optimize stock levels.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage supplier billing processes and ensure timely customer Accounts Receivable (AR) collection.
Leadership & Strategy
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure daily activities run smoothly by monitoring performance with a hands-on approach.
  • Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify irregularities, resolve customer complaints, and implement robust preventive action plans.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Collaboration: Act as a key liaison for cross-functional coordination, facilitating discussions to align team goals with organizational objectives.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate goals to team members and provide regular, high-level progress reports to senior leadership.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in a management/leadership role.

    • 3+ years in an operational or customer service-focused position.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Hands-on Leadership: A strong "on-the-ground" mentality with a focus on daily operational monitoring.

    • Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational irregularities and prevent their recurrence.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Language: Good at Chinese.  English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 780 or higher
