Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Service Officer (Furniture, $1300, ID20022)
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects for various international customers, ensuring development schedules remain on track.
  • Negotiation: Conduct necessary negotiations with customers regarding pricing and timelines to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain strong communication with production, shipping, and purchasing teams to secure effective internal support.
  • Pricing Analysis: Perform price calculations and reviews to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Customer Engagement: Organize and manage visitations/inspections by international customers visiting Vietnam to finalize or establish business partnerships.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for international customer inquiries, supporting both existing and prospective clients.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service to foster referrals and intermediary opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing guidelines set by customers.
  • Factory Coordination: Collaborate with factories to meet deadlines, inspections, audits, and testing requirements.
  • Order Management: Update and input all orders into the Capital system, and verify invoices and payments from suppliers.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor customer payments and deposits to ensure timely transactions.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to enhance sales forecasting capabilities.
  • Logistics Support: Assist the shipping team in securing bookings on time and support the purchasing team in factory negotiations when necessary.
  • Documentation: Prepare and submit essential documents to customers, including shipping documents, specification sheets, and product data, while updating all information in customer systems.

Requirement

  • Female candidate under 40 years old
  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically in Customer Service or Order Management within manufacturing companies in the furniture or garment industry (exporting to Europe/USA)
  • Fluent in English
