Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Electrical Products, $1200, ID 19872)
Order Management:
Order Management:
- Receive and verify orders from internal customers/sales teams
- Coordinate with MRP and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Issue order confirmations based on customer requirements and timelines
- Prepare and validate goods issue documents for on-time delivery
- Track delivery schedules and update customers and sales teams
- Identify customer product requirements and liaise with technical teams for suitable solutions
- Coordinate with Finance/Controlling to obtain internal pricing
- Update and communicate pricing to affiliated companies
- Handle customer requirements related to packaging, delivery terms, and transportation
- Check transfer pricing and lead times with internal group companies
- Place orders and monitor shipment status
- Process payment requests with proper documentation and compliance
- Communicate regularly with export customers (affiliated companies) on operations and issues
- Maintain and develop customer relationships via CRM systems
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
- Analyze feedback to identify trends and improvements
- Escalate key customer feedback to relevant internal departments
Requirement
- Gender: Prefer Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduate from College, prefer major related to Technical
- Have 3 years of experience in electrical manufacturing company
- Good at English
