Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Customer Support Executive ($1200, ID 19930):
- Support the Manager in developing strategies to improve customer service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, sales orders, and related matters.
- Follow up on quotations and proactively convert opportunities into orders.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to grow business.
- Manage incoming leads via email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring efficient service processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints, provide timely solutions, and ensure proper follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, KPIs, and communication guidelines.
- Visit customers when required (occasionally).
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirement
- Female, under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good at English skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or B2B Sales in mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics companies.
- Experience working with factories in automation, electrical, or electronics industries.
