Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Accounting Manager (Manufacturing, ID19942, 800USD):
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and customs requirements
- Prepare and review financial statements for internal use and reporting to Head Office
- Assist in developing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans
- Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and product costing, ensuring effective budget control
- Handle tax declaration, tax finalization, and liaise with tax authorities and customs
- Coordinate with internal departments and Head Office to ensure smooth financial operations
- Support the Chief Accountant in team management, training, and development
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing
- Possession of a professional accounting certificate is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing FDI company
- Strong experience in costing and customs reconciliation
- Proficiency in English (working level); Chinese is a plus
- Familiar with ERP systems
