Job Description
Our customer is a FDI company, now looking for a Deputy General Director of Strategic Planning (F&B, $5000, ID19727):
- Business Strategy Development: Formulate the company’s overall business strategy and provide strategic recommendations to the General Director to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Business Assessment: Evaluate the current business performance, define strategic objectives, and establish actionable business plans.
- Strategic Execution: Identify key priorities to achieve strategic objectives and oversee the implementation process across departments.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the company’s competitive advantages and define strategic perspectives for sustainable growth.
- Market Research: Study market trends, industry developments, and benchmark against leading enterprises to identify opportunities and risks.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Analyze industry dynamics and provide strategic insights to guide long-term decision-making.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or senior management roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
