Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for Deputy HR Manager (Manufacturing, $1300, ID15774):
  • Construct, implement, and assess the overall performance management system's efficacy
  • Create and oversee performance evaluations, give constructive responses, and train staff members
  • Monitor and uphold the organization's welfare and compensation plans and ensure the compliance with procedures and law.
  • Perform market research and analysis to establish competitive payment and benefit programs.
  • Organise training sessions and instruct staff members in performance evaluation.
  • analyse data evaluation, make report, and propose measures.
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager in putting HR strategies into practice.
  • Take part in training sessions, prepare document, and meetings.
  • In charge of greeting delegations from Korea


  • Male/ Female, Under 38 years old
  • Graduated from University in the major of Human Resource, Korean Language, Economics and other related majors.
  • Having 5 years of experience in Human Resource, C&B, evaluating, managing performance in the manufacturing companies.
  • Having 2 years of experience in management 
  • Good at Korean and English
