Job Description
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead and manage recruitment activities to meet workforce demands for a large-scale manufacturing environment
- Compensation, Benefits & HR Operation: Coordinate with the C&B team to ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and policy implementation
- HR Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Labor Law, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Training, Development & Culture: Coordinate with the TMD (Training & Management Development) team to implement training and people development programs
- HR Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and labor cost
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in English on a daily basis at work.
- Experience in FDI manufacturing companies with 500+ employees (textile/garment industry preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, C&B, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Training & Culture
