Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Deputy Production Director (ID 17446, 1300 USD):
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring production targets are met.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality performance.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Work closely with the Quality Control team to maintain high product standards.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste in production processes.
- Manage production costs while maintaining product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operate at optimal performance.
- Provide training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Foster a safe and positive working environment.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to prevent workplace hazards.
Requirement
- Male/Female: 35 -45 years old
- Graduated from college or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in production management of boilers, air duct system
- Good at English
