Salary up to $1000/month awaits! Deputy Quality Manager (Automotive, ID 18083) for a foreign-invested company:
- Develop a comprehensive plan for quality management activities, including communication, coordination, improvement promotion, implementation of preventive measures, and monitoring of execution.
- Manage and plan quality assurance activities, while proactively implementing preventive actions to mitigate quality risks.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze quality data; prepare regular weekly and monthly reports to support management activities.
- Proactively analyze and promptly address issues arising in processes as a basis for continuous quality improvement.
- Take primary responsibility for ensuring project quality, while organizing and driving effective improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate autonomy in directing and independently resolving project-related issues.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30–45 years old
- University graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing company related to automotive technology
- Knowledge of ISO and IATF16949 standards (candidates with ISO or IATF16949 certifications are preferred)
- Good at English
