Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing in a dynamic hospitality environment:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
- Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee all marketing activities including advertising, promotions, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with hotel management to align sales and marketing plans with overall hotel objectives.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
