Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Engineering Supervisor (WWT, $1.500, ID 19909):
- Supervise and mentor junior designers; conduct rigorous technical audits and quality checks on all outgoing drawings.
- Develop comprehensive General Arrangement (GA) layouts and plot plans for sophisticated water treatment systems based on P&ID.
- Execute high-precision 3D modeling using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Engineering Design: Architect designs for Piping systems, Skids, Vessels, Tanks, and Pipe Racks, ensuring strict adherence to P&ID specifications and layout constraints.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for all mechanical components and structures.
- Extract 2D shop drawings and isometric views from 3D models for fabrication.
- Act as the primary technical bridge, reporting directly to the Japanese Manager and ensuring project alignment.
Requirement
- Age: 30 – 40 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or Lead role within piping design.
- Exceptional ability to interpret and translate complex P&ID into physical designs (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of intensive experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D (Mandatory).
- Deep understanding of water treatment processes, fluid mechanics, chemical engineering, and material selection standards.
- Good at English.
