Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an ERP Support Specialist (Manufacturing, $1200, ID19864)
- Support daily operations of Production & Supply Chain modules (Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Inventory, Costing)
- Assist users in processing production transactions (create orders, start production, report as finished, close orders)
- Troubleshoot system and production-related issues
- Monitor production and inventory data accuracy
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors
- Participate in UAT testing for system updates and improvements
- Train users on ERP production processes
- Continuously improve manufacturing and supply chain workflows
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing (FDI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX preferred)
- Understanding of production, inventory, and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with ERP integration (e.g., IoT in manufacturing) is a plus
- Good written English is preferred
