Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Secretary to support the General Manager in a dynamic hospitality environment:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager or Executive Team.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal departments or external partners.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Assist in coordinating events, VIP guest visits, and internal communications.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely execution.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support hotel operations

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
