Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Factory Director (Garment, $3000, ID14729):
- Manage all factory production activities, including planning and implementing a strategic manufacturing plan to meet the company's objectives.
- Keep track of the use of machine, products and materials arrangement, warehouse, ect in accordance with factory's management range
- Research on new technical tools apply for manufacturing in order to increase productivity.
- In charge of managing and evaluating employees's performance, organize training courses to foster competency and professional skills
- Develop comprehensive short-term, mid-term and long-term development plan for the factory.
- Organizes departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.
- Reviews production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
- Manage manufacturing performance, control all production and financial data to minimize loss
- Directly report to BOD, responsible for all aspects of factory to BOD
- Complete other assigned tasks.
Requirement
- Gender: Male / Female. Age: 35 - 50 years old
- Graduated from university or higher
- At least 05 years of experience in similar positions at manufacturing garment company (lingerie products manufacturing is priority)
- Good comunication in English
