Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Finance & Accounting Executive ($1200, ID19887)
- Handle full-scope accounting: payments, payroll, invoices, and asset management
- Perform monthly/year-end closing accurately and on time
- Maintain general ledger and AR/AP records
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Manage receivables/payables, follow up overdue payments, and reconcile accounts
- Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with HQ and internal teams on financial data and reporting
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT, CIT) and support audits
- Monitor tax regulation updates and assess business impact
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in trading companies (import/export)
- Strong experience in SAP (mandatory)
- Good English communication (Chinese is a plus)
- Careful, detail-oriented, able to work independently under pressure
