1. Financial Management & Strategy
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; provide regular updates to HQ
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis for business operations, departments, and special projects
  • Monitor overall company performance and highlight risks and opportunities
2. Operations & Process Improvement
  • Review existing workflows and drive process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce manual paperwork
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly controlled, recorded, and executed on time
  • Supervise payment processes, receivables, payables, and cash flow to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain a well-organized accounting documentation and filing system
  • Ensure effective use of SAP system in daily operations
3. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies
  • Identify potential financial, tax, and operational risks and implement preventive measures
  • Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities for audits and statutory reporting
  • Monitor compliance across departments and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines
4. Reporting
  • Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Report financial results and key insights to HQ in Singapore
  • Manage annual budgeting schedules and periodic forecast updates
  • Support preparation of corporate reports and management presentations
5. Team Leadership & Administration
  • Lead and manage a small team including accounting, admin, customer service, and warehouse support
  • Build team capability through coaching, training, and development plans
  • Oversee administrative and personnel-related matters within the department
  • Ensure effective collaboration between finance and other departments

Requirement

  • Male/Female, 35-45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within trading FDI companies (non-service companies preferred)
  • Strong experience in setting up and improving internal processes and controls
  • Proficiency in SAP system
  • Experience working with regional or overseas headquarters is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English (all four skills)
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
