Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a FP&A and Costing Specialist/Supervisor (Manufacturing, ID19713) at a foreign-invested company and earn $2500/month:
- Conduct and monitor standard cost reviews, track performance against plan, and highlight risks.
- Analyze production costs and expenses, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare monthly cost analysis reports with key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee inventory control, fixed assets reconciliation, valuation, and analysis.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred. - Minimum 5 years in management accounting / FP&A within manufacturing companies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and proactive mindset
