Job Description

- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned profit targets for FCL services in the Southern region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with direct customers, including manufacturing and trading companies.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with VIP and strategic accounts.
- Conduct client meetings, sales visits, negotiations, and service presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Develop practical sales strategies and market expansion plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to propose effective business solutions.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and other internal departments to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Update and manage customer information, sales pipelines, and market intelligence through CRM systems.
- Support recruitment, coaching, and development of additional sales team members when necessary.
- Prepare business development reports and sales forecasts for management review.
- Perform other duties assigned by Branch Management and the Board of Management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FCL sales management within freight forwarding, shipping lines, or logistics companies.
- Strong understanding of international freight forwarding, especially FCL import/export operations.
- Proven track record in developing direct corporate customers and achieving sales targets.
- Extensive industry network within logistics, shipping, and supply chain sectors.
- Candidates from companies such as shipping lines or global logistics providers are highly preferred.
