Job Description

Team Leadership & Management: Supervise and provide guidance to the administrative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Office Administration: Oversee office management, including supplies procurement, facility maintenance, and document control.

HR & Payroll Support: Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, employee records management, and payroll coordination.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement solutions for streamlined administrative workflows.

Vendor & Service Management: Coordinate with external vendors for office-related purchases and services.
Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative management systems.
