Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a General Accountant ($600, ID14711):
- Make and keep accounting vouchers according to current accounting regulations
- Check the reasonableness and validity of vouchers according to the accounting regime and regulations of the company
- Ensure the bookkeeping of all transactions
- Establish and maintain internal controls and compliance measures to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to relevant regulations
- Input data into accounting software for actual arising economic transactions at the company
- Check, compare, and make payment documents when there is a transaction to be paid
- Check and compare accounting data between accounting operations on the principle of prudence, accuracy, and lawfulness.
- Prepare periodical reports related to the activities by the law and the company's regulations.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and propose process improvements.
Requirement
- Male/ Female. 23 – 30 years old
- University degree or above, majoring in Accounting/Auditing/Finance or related ones.
- Have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a general accounting and tax position.
- Being able to use accounting software.
- English communication and written reports.
