Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a General Manager (Garment, Open For Expats And Vietnamese, $7000, ID15145)
- Plan business development strategies and ensure implementation on schedule and set goals.
- Directly manage key functional managers and employees in the business unit.
- Coordinate the development of KPI scales for departments to improve operational efficiency and reporting processes
- Manage and ensure product quality, as well as the company's delivery schedule to customers.
- Develop and implement strategic programs to ensure that stated objectives are met.
- Meet and develop good relationships with target customers and important customers of the company.
- Oversee the company's recruitment strategies and talent acquisition and development programs
- Evaluate and make key investment decisions in equipment, infrastructure, and personnel.
- Evaluate operational efficiency and complete strategies and plans of departments
- Participate with the company's departments to plan operational and organizational strategies for the company
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 30-45 years old
- Graduated from College or higher
- Have 8 years in the garment industry, with 5 years working in equivalent positions at garment factories for Japanese brands or processing factories for large brands such as Adidas, Nike, etc.
- Open to Vietnamese and foreign candidates who have worked in Vietnam for 5 years
- Fluent in Chinese or English
