Job Description
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
-
Develop and execute overall business strategies aligned with company goals.
-
Drive revenue growth with a minimum target of 10% YoY increase (2025 revenue: ~VND 260 billion).
-
Identify market expansion opportunities, including new brands and product lines.
-
Ensure sustainable profit growth and long-term competitiveness.
-
Lead and oversee Sales and Marketing functions.
-
Develop structured customer management systems to optimize engagement across 5,000 existing customers.
-
Increase active revenue-generating customers (currently ~500 recurring customers/month).
-
Strengthen direct B2B sales (70%) and distributor/trading channel (30%).
-
Establish effective KPI systems and performance tracking.
-
Oversee logistics and delivery operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
-
Lead the planning and setup of two new branches (HCMC & Da Nang).
-
Allocate resources effectively and ensure smooth inter-department coordination.
-
Standardize internal processes to improve scalability and operational excellence.

Manage a team of approximately 20 employees, including:

Sales Department: 1 Sales Manager, 1 Foreign Expert, 7 Sales Executives

1 Marketing Executive

Logistics & Delivery Team

Build a high-performance culture and develop talent.

Evaluate departmental performance and implement improvement plans.

Report directly to the Board of Directors (General Director & Deputy General Director).

Present clear, timely business reports and strategic proposals.

Work closely with international suppliers and foreign partners (fluent English required).

Participate in client entertainment and supplier visits when necessary.
Requirement
- Male, 38–45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years in management roles, at least 3 years as General Manager or Sales Director.
- Experience in measurement equipment industry (preferred) or related fields such as industrial tools/hand tools.
- Strong business strategy development and execution experience.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales operations and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and business expansion.
- Fluent English (all 4 skills) for communication with international suppliers and customers.
- Willing to travel for business trips (every 3–6 months).
