Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Head of Engineering Department ($1400, ID16184):
- Oversee the deployment and management of new projects from launch to stable mass production, and address issues that arise during implementation.
- Analyze customer requirements and product specifications, and identify all necessary resources for new projects.
- Delegate tasks to project team members, monitor progress, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Verify the submission of data and samples to customers, track the status of customer approvals, and lead all preparations for mass production.
- Report to and receive instructions from top management regarding the implementation of new projects.
- Develop and execute work plans, assign tasks, train employees, supervise their work, and evaluate their performance.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, Age: 35 - 45 years old.
- Graduated from University with major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Having 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the plastics, electronics, automotive, mechanical, or auxiliary manufacturing sectors
- Experience with software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and NX.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 to monitor product quality standards.
- Good at English
