Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Head of Project Management (Negotiation Salary, ID16850)
  • Oversee the project management for all projects, ensuring the smooth flow of information related to new product management and the RFQ (Request for Quote) process between Cicor and customers or Cicor plants (CA/SWT/SYS, etc.).
  • Approve RFQs, specifications, documents, and feasibility reviews from customers. Validate drawings, panel shapes and sizes, stencil designs, and flow charts for each project based on the quotation.
  • Approve labor time calculations and the release of the quotation.
  • Support project engineers in customer meetings to clarify specifications and requirements, as needed.
  • Manage project budgets on a per-project basis, comparing RFQs with actual production costs.
  • Approve, review, and prepare documentation for trial runs and mass production.
  • Approve project management schedules, track progress, and act as the main point of contact, coordinating with relevant departments to keep the project on track. Ensure necessary documents are provided to the customer from design to mass production.
  • Follow up on customer ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) for internal C/N (Change Notices), update systems, and confirm the status of changes, including adjusting quotations if necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Having 5-7 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Experience with RFQ (Request for Quote) processes and new product management.
